The
Sands Holiday Flats and The Fernville Holiday Flats are part of the Sandringham Hotel. Both sets of flats are
centrally positioned on the sea front, in an unrivalled position
opposite the Grand Pier, at the entrance to the Soverign Shopping
Centre, and a short walk to all Weston's major attractions.
These include the beach, promenade, Sea Life Centre, main
High Street shopping centre, Winter Gardens Pavilion, Playhouse
Theatre, Odeon Cinema, swimming baths, coach tours, putting
courses, amusement arcades, night clubs, discos, and car parks.
The flats are for self-catering
holidays and facilities in each include colour TV, full size
fridge, cooker, microwave, crockery, cutlery, glasses, cooking
utensils, all bedding, bed linen, iron, ironing board and
upright cleaner, Each flat has its own shower or bathroom
with toilet and guests are provided with their own keys. Constant
hot water is provided at no extra cost. A public telephone
is situated in the hall.
Guests of the Holiday Flats are welcome to use the facilities
of the Sandringham Hotel during their stay.
Period
of Hire
From 1:00pm on the day of arrival to 10:00am on the day of
departure, Saturday to Saturday. Guests arriving early may
leave luggage.
Tariffs
Prices are per flat and not per person. This includes free
overhead lighting, all bed linen, constant hot water and colour
television. A deposit of £75.00 for each week is required
to secure your booking. Please telephone first regarding availability.
Deposits
The minimum deposit is £75.00 for each week booked.
You may send more if you wish to reduce the balance owing.
Balance of the account is due on arrival.
